Our model Plan;
Our model is to have different farmers concentrate and master one line of activity in the production of quality pork in order to easen on finding market, and this leads to modernized farming.

We must have;
a. Breeders
b. Finishers/porkers
c. Marketers of the product.
This is on strict adherence of the organization laws.

The Breeders:
a. Hogfarm Associates model farm with Grand Parent stocks supplies Parent stock to the regional breeders.
b. Regional breeders with Parent stock supplies F1s to the district breeders for multiplication.
c. District breeders with F1s supply F2s to finishers/pork producers.

1. On the genetics we found out it is really a challenge to always base on continual importation of live animals and semens. So we made a resolution to establish a high breed Grand Parent stock, with a laboratory, Semen extraction boar stud, etc to supply the parent stock to the breeders and the breeders would supply to the porkers. This is still under construction as we are still looking for financers, who can fund the project.
2. On the market we decided that every pig supplied through our chain, we will be responsible to find market as long as the farmer does act in line with our set conditions. So Hogfarm will be responsible to buy the pigs from the farmers.
3. Hogfarm Associates plans to have a state of the art modern slaughter and packaging house in order to fit in to export to international markets.
3. Feeding. As Hogfarm Associates we are planning to help our farmers. get feeds at a lower cost through doing farming on a large scale of corn and setting up a feeds machinery plant where we can produce most of the ingredients for the pigs feeds at a low cost to the farmer.
