What we are aiming at;

1. A model farm.
This is specifically for superior genetics sows and boars.
This is for mainly two reasons;
a. For farmers to take a leaf from the farm and get encouraged to do the right thing on their farms for ultimate productivity.
b. For educational purposes to institutions and farmers alike.
c. For sustainability of superior genetic breeds in the country and region.

2. A boar stud
a. For sustainability of superior genetic breeds in the country and region.
b. For cheaper semen productivity and supply to farmers.
c. Engaging in modern pig production through semen extraction technologies.

3. Regional breeding centers
This is for mainly,
a. Causing the prices for piglets go down
b. Bringing the services close to the farmers
c. Easy delivery of porkers to ready market. E.t.c

4. Modern laboratory
This is for analyzing data for;
a. High quality semen productivity
b. Diseases and control
c. Feeds and nutrition analysis

5. A modern Slaughter House
If we are to have sustainable production, we’ve got to build sustainable markets. These two go hand in hand.
The European, Asian and Western markets have to be explored. And this cannot be unless you put up modern food processing and packaging establishments.

6. A feeds production factory
Nutritious feeds are very key in this business. But our farmers cannot afford it due to high costs of it.
Producers try to exploit the farmers and in the end they cannot feed their animals as they’re supposed to.
We have a plan, where we can work with our farmers to encourage them grow the maize/corn and the soy, then sell it to the Association and in return the Association sells it back to the farmer, processed and value added for the animal consumption.
In this we are also to have a plan on how to help this poor farmer give him feeds and pay us later when selling the porker animals.
